Through a self-initiated rebranding, re-energize the messaging, strategy, and visuals for this water education group called Central Minnesota Water Education Alliance, or CMWEA (sim-we-ah) for short.
CMWEA? That's a clunky name, for starters. Messaging, too, was complex, not giving people the gist of the group's purpose: to promote clean water actions to residents of Central Minnesota. The solution to this rebrand revolved around the messaging that your actions have a direct impact on the water all around us. Thus, the aquarium concept was born.
