bully workplace

In this graduate school project, I was tasked with monitoring an environment of my choice for at least two weeks. Using my observations, I was then asked to "map" it appropriately.

After observing a workplace that shall remain nameless (as tasked for a graduate school project), it was clear what I had just witnessed was a series of interactions between bullies and their undeserving co-workers. Unfortunately, this particular environment is not unlike many workplaces in the U.S. Even more unfortunate: There are few resources for victims of workplace bullies. Thus, the No Bully Workplace Institute was born.

Work done as a graduate student at the School of Design, University of Central Oklahoma.
